Overview

FastFork ("the App") is a mobile application that helps users find restaurants along a driving route. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Data We Collect

Location Data

The App requests access to your device's location to provide your current position as a starting point for route searches. Location data is sent to Apple MapKit (for routing) and Google Places API (for restaurant search). We do not store your location on any server.

Search History

The App stores your recent searches (origin, destination, and result count) locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time from the Settings screen.

Favorites

Restaurants you save as favorites are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.

Subscription & Purchase Data

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Search usage counts are stored locally on your device's Keychain.
